Saturday
We had an excellent Saturday, I went for a 6 km Ruck march round Petawawa using some little trails Ted found. It was hot but went well.
The black flies and mosquitoes found us unfortunately.
Supper was spent with our friends eating burgers and happily drinking sour apple vodka.
The paleo diet was not only ignored but dragged to the curb, stomped on and then ignored some more.
