  • Sept 1 - Supper

    Sept 1 Supper - BBQ Pork Tenderloin, sauteed vegetables and cold slaw
    Paleo (almost… surprise long weekend cake http://i.imgur.com/EL4vV.jpg)

    So I had cake -  I also did a 10 km hike earlier in the day, so balance has been restored to the force.
